  • How do I enter?

    Purchase any eligible product during the Promotion Period from any store in Australia or New Zealand that sells any of the eligible products in the promotional period and use the last six (6) digits of the product barcode to enter online.

  • Where can I find the barcode number?

    Printed on each product under the barcode
  • Can I enter more than once?

    Yes but there is a limit of two entries per person per day and you must only enter once with each eligible product purchase you make. Remember to retain ALL purchase receipts (originals or copies). These will be required to validate your entry if you’re drawn a winner.
  • How many times can I use the barcode from a product purchased?

    You can use each product barcode once
  • Do I need to keep my receipts or entry cards to claim a prize?

    Yes please keep all purchase receipts (originals or copies)
  • What do I do if my barcode number doesn’t work?

    Please ensure that you have entered the last six digits of the barcode correctly. If your barcode still doesn’t work, please contact customer service using the link contact customer service
  • How do I know if I have entered the barcode number correctly?

    Your entry will go through and you will be automatically placed in the draw for daily draws & major prize draw
  • How do I know if I have won a prize?

    Winners will be notified via email within 2 business days from the relevant draw. Winners of both minor and major prizes will also be published on the website after 12/06/2017 (Winning entries are subject to validation.)
  • When are the prizes drawn?

    There will be (59) minor prize draws, (1) winner drawn per day for 59 days. The first daily draw takes place from 4/4/17 with the last daily draw taking place 1/6/17. Winners will be notified by email within 2 business days of the relevant draw.

    The major prize will be drawn 6/6/17. Winner will be notified via email and phone within 2 business days.
  • When does the Promotion start and finish?

    This Promotion commences at 00:01am AEST on 3/4/2017 and final entries close at 11:59pm AEST on 31/5/2017
  • When can I purchase promotional products?

    Stock of promotional packs will be available on shelf from 29/3/17, these packs will have the on-pack promotion details of how to enter. You will then be able to enter the promotion from 3/4/17 online at www.doritos.com.au
